CareFlex
The CareFlex plan provides you with greater flexibility by allowing you to change your booking, transfer your package or cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 21 days prior to departure or with a travel credit up to 3 days prior to departure.
CareFlex Plus
The CareFlex Plus plan offers the highest level of flexibility, allowing you to change your booking, transfer your package or cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 24 hours prior to departure. It can be added to your booking by calling our call centre.
